Suzanne Bunce

Suzanne Bunce is a kiln-formed glass artist based in Worcester. Trained as a nurse, creativity has always been an important outlet for a busy, people focussed career. On leaving the NHS after 25 years, she chose a more creative path, and finally discovered the joy of kiln-formed glass. Suzanne has had a lifelong love of sharing knowledge which is now fulfilled by running regular workshops from her studio in Worcester and at Westhope College near Ludlow.

While her inspiration comes from the colours and shapes of the natural world, her creative process comes from the emotions that her art evokes. The medium of glass enables Suzanne’s abstract and organic style to suggest light and movement, with a sense of playfulness.
