Rachel Nuttall

Rachel Nuttall is a kiln-formed glass artist living in North Wiltshire. Since purchasing her first kiln in 2019, Rachel has enjoyed exploring pattern, texture, and colour through various techniques. Layering the glass to create dynamic interactions within the different shades, the resulting pieces are captivating and detailed.

Rachel is particularly drawn to the creation of pieces designed for outdoor display,
where the natural light can enhance the beauty of the glass. Her work often
incorporates themes from nature, adding to the harmonious relationship between her art and its environment.

Rachel, a founding member of the UK Glass Collective, has participated in several
exhibitions, including with the Contemporary Glass Society at the 2024 International
Festival of Glass. She also showcases her work in galleries and arts trails in the South-
West.
